The King Mojo Collection: One of the most famous Mod clubs of the Sixties was the 'King Mojo Club' in Sheffield. Founded and owned by Peter Stringfellow and his brothers, it became legendary for the unheard and little known acts it hosted who went on to become the worlds biggest stars - The Small Faces' first gig outside of London was at The Mojo. Other acts included Stevie Wonder, Jimi Hendrix, Amen Corner, Pink Floyd and of course, The Who. All of these legendary gigs and happenings were advertised via The Mojo's distinctive and unique posters - designed by artist, Colin Duffield. These posters themselves are the stuff of legend, (see items descriptions for the history and stories that surround them), and are outstanding pieces of Sixties nostalgia and highly collectable. Mr Duffield has kindly granted Atom Retro permission to reproduce his fantastic Mojo Club posters, as well as other landmark posters he designed during the Sixties (including The Beatles and The Rolling Stones), here for you. Get your own little piece of the Sixties Mod legend that was The King Mojo Club. T-Shirt Colours:
