Christmas Returns Policy

If you're thinking of buying a gift for someone, don't worry about getting the size wrong...

We will exchange any item bought for Christmas Presents up to the 14th January 2012!

We will only be able to exchange items, we are not able to give refunds. (If you need a refund, our usual 28 day Returns Policy will apply - if you are out of this policy you are eligible for exchange or credit voucher only). You may exchange for a different size, or for another item of the same value if you would prefer or if the size you need is unavailable. Alternatively you can exchange for a credit voucher which can be used on future purchases.

All items returned for exchanges must be unworn and with all tags attached and original packaging intact. They must be in 'Brand New' perfect condition and must not have been damaged or soiled in any way (including smelling stongly of odours such as smoke, perfume, aftershave, food, etc). If items do not meet this criteria, they will not be exchanged or refunded.

If you need to exchange an item, please email us at returns@atomretro.com after Christmas stating what item you need to exchange, what you wish to exchange for and the original order reference number. Please wait for our reply and instructions before returning. You will need a Returns Authorisation Number. Please also keep your invoice which will be sent with your order. You will need to refer to this to exchange items.
