Atom Retro currently uses Royal Mail, Parcel force or DPD Couriers for all orders.
Please ensure that your address details are correct, as they are used exactly as inputted by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
The following delivery times can be used as a guideline and will depend on stock availability.
Despatch Times:
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 - 3 working days. This will depend on stock availability and some items on our website may take a little longer to despatch. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for the despatch of all orders. The majority of items are carried in stock. If however, you order an item which is not in stock we will back order this item for you and notify you of any delay/wait for availibity as soon as possible. If there is a problem with your order or if we have insufficient stock and/or cannot fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders placed with Express UK Mainland delivery will be sent as quickly as possible (depending on stock availability). This will either be despatched on the same day as you place your order or the following working day if you are ordering after our courier has already collected.
Orders placed with UK mainland Saturday Service will be delivered on Saturday, providing your order is placed before 1 p.m. on Friday (depending on stock availability). If your order is placed after 1 p.m on Friday, orders will be still be treated as as a Saturday Guarantee and as such your order will be despatched for the following Saturday.
Delivery Time Guidelines*:
UK Orders:
Standard UK Delivery: 1 - 4 working days from despatch.
UK Mainland Express Delivery: Next Working day (Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays and national holidays)
UK Mainland Saturday Guarantee: Orders placed before 1 p.m Friday will be delivered on Saturday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed after 1 p.m will be despatched for delivery on the following Saturday.
Europe Orders: 3 - 10 working days from despatch.
Rest of World Orders: 7 - 15 working days from despatch.
* Please note: Delivery times are estimated and intended as a guide only, and occasionally may take a little longer especially at busy times such as Christmas. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery, but please contact us if you have not recieved your order and are concerned.

UK Express Delivery is £4.95
All parcels are sent recorded and tracked. In the UK this will be via either First Class Recorded Signed for (Royal Mail) or via DPD Courier. Items will need to be signed for upon delivery. Also for UK delivery, you will not pay more than £4.95 delivery per order, however much you buy! (And quite often less!)
Parcels to Europe and the Rest of the World will be sent via International Signed For Priority Airmail or Courier. Items will require a signature upon delivery.
For EU European Delivery you will not pay more than £15.00 delivery per order, however much you buy! (And quite often less!)
For Rest Of World Delivery you will not pay more than £25.00 delivery per order, however much you buy! (And quite often less!)
Smaller Items:
If you are only purchasing singular small/light items such as patches, badges, shoelaces, etc, delivery will be charged at non-parcel rates as follows:

These rates are based on Royal Mail's rates for letters and large letters (UK) and International Airmal Letters (Europe and ROW).
UK orders weighing over 70g will be sent via First Class Recorded Delivery. UK orders under 70g will be sent via First Class letters or large letters.
European and Rest of World orders will be sent via Airmail.
Orders which weigh more than 100g will be sent as parcels (see above).
How can I calculate the cost of delivery for my order?
Simply add the item(s) you are interested in purchasing to the Shopping Basket and click 'Checkout'. The Delivery Service charge will be displayed on this page in the 'Select Delivery' box.
If you require this amount to be converted into USD ($ Dollars) or Euros, click on the appropiate flag icon above the shopping basket in the left hand column. (Note: Conversions are given as a guideline only. All payment will be made in GBP Pounds Sterling).
After your order has shipped:

If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please inform as soon as possible by emailing info@atomretro.com. Please quote your order reference number and your name and address. Please see our help page for more information about this, before you place your order. Please note, we cannot alter a delivery address once your order has been despatched. However, if you think your order has been despatched to an incorrect address please contact us immediactly.

You may track your order by logging in to 'Tracking' and entering your order number and PIN. (This is emailed to you automatically when you place your order). This will give you the status of your order and once it has been despatched, your tracking details via either Royal Mail or DPD Courier.

In the UK, orders sent via Royal Mail can be tracked at www.royalmail.com or http://www.dpd.co.uk/ (You will require either your Royal Mail Tracking Number or DPD Consignment number). Please note, Royal Mail Recorded Signed For items are only tracked after delivery has been attempted.

For Non-UK orders, you may track your International Signed For parcel (Royal Mail) at www.royalmail.com up to the point it leaves the UK. After this, you may be able to track your parcel further using your national postal service's website, where facililties exist. (For example, for USA orders, you should be able to track your parcel via www.usps.com once your parcel has arrived in the USA and has cleared customs). International order sent via courier can be tracked via http://www.dpd.co.uk/. You will require either your Royal Mail Tracking Number or DPD Consignment number.

If you are expecting a delivery and have not yet recieved anything, please check your tracking details in case of any problems or if you have missed an attempted delivery. If you are concerned, please contact us. Also, if you think your order should have been delivered and it has not, please contact us.

Please note, UK Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 1st class Recorded. While parcels sent on this delivery service are usually delivered within 1 - 4 working days, this is not a guaranteed delivery time. Royal Mail will not consider parcels to be lost until 15 working days has passed.

If you are not present to accept the delivery the carrier will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery. Please respond to this card as soon as possible as your parcel will not be held for very long.

Multiple Shipments:
If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen, you will only pay one delivery charge, and we will send you two dispatch confirmation e-mails to advise when items have been dispatched in each parcel. Please note that your entire order should be delivered within the same delivery period, however each parcel may arrive at a different time.
Customs:
Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
