Realm & Empire 'Bosworth' Terrain Crew Neck Jumper. A fantastic Retro print inspired by the tyre marks from vehicles used by Elite unit The British Army Long Range Desert Group (LRDG) during WWII. Famed for their Reconnaissance and Intelligence gathering the LRDG were an integral part of the fight against Axis forces in North Africa. In fact, German Afrika Corps, Field Marshal Erwin Rommel admitted that the LRDG ‘caused us more damage than any other British unit of equal strength'.
During the Desert Campaign between December 1940 and April 1943, the vehicles of the LRDG operated constantly behind the Axis lines.
