Dunlop Greenflash 1987 Mens Trainers - Dunlop Classics Mens Retro Indie Green Flash Trainers based on the classic 1987 design. Stylish green Dunlop Greenflash 1987 Canvas Trainers with typical white rubber outsole. Dunlop 'Flying D' logo to heel and 1987 swish design in striking yellow to sides. Contrast white lace fasten with contrast colour eyelet detail. 1987 saw the traditional Greenflash design replaced for the first and only time. These faithful reproductions are a modern day Indie classic.

Dunlop's heritage is as diverse and spectacular as any. The original company founded by John Boyd Dunlop in 1888 focused primarily on exploiting Boyd's famous invention of the pneumatic inflatable tyre. It wasn't until 1939 that the Dunlop brand moved into the Sporting arena. Well known for sporting equipment such as tennis balls, rackets and golfing equipment, it is perhaps the famous Greenflash trainer that Dunlop sports is most well known for. With an undoubted Sporting Heritage the Dunlop Greenflash trainer is an icon in it's own right, and is a style that will go out of fashion.
