Hardcourt bike polo has been evolving since 1891. In 2007 a group of friends brought the game over from the parking lots and basketball courts of New York to London's Brick Lane.

The bike polo scene is growing rapidly throughout the UK and Chunk is actively supporting from the sidelines sponsoring both the BRBPC team and the European Bike Polo Championships in 2009.
