Peebles takes it's name from the Peebles Tartan this fabulous dress is utilises, with a 1950s style silhouette complete and a full circle skirt. Cross over straps on back which are fastened with a button at the front. Pair with a roll neck top and thick coloured tights for a winter weather ready look.
