Atom Retro nurtures the trend of an indie/mod cross-culture whereby select sixties mod fashion styles are adapted and engineered for the new indie arena.

CUSTOMISED GARMENTS
Atom Retro's range of garments includes customised limited editions both from our in house designers and from other specialist suppliers. Such items are all 100% unofficial and 100% indie.
1. Buying From Atom Retro:
i. Shopping:
Our site is designed to make browsing our product range as quick and easy as possible.
Our products are split in to catagories, ie. Sixties Polos and Sweaters or Footwear, etc. All the catagories can be viewed on the menu at the left hand side of each page. Some catagories are split in to sub-catagories to make searching and viewing the larger catagories easier.
Alternatively, you can use our user friendly search facility to locate the desired product. Items can be found by name, type, keyword, or by band/artist if the item is based on or simular to any items worn by the band/artist. ie. You can search for all our Beatles merchandise under Beatles or even John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and so on.
Also, our entire range of clothes and shoes can be found listed on our Products page.
Our stock includes a wide source of both new and vintage garments. All vintage clothing is specially selected and laundered to ensure the highest level of quality.
For some specialist items (ie. Suit jackets, etc) there may be a short delay in shipping, as these items are made to order.
All patches on jackets are sewn on courtesy of our free sewing service.
ii. Sizes, Colours and Fits:
To view more details about an item, click either on the More Info link or the item's picture.
This will take you to where you can read a description of the item and any additional information.
Also, here you can see what sizes, colours and fits are available for an item, in the drop down menus. All our sizes are in UK sizes. For more information on sizes, and for size conversions from the UK sizes to Eurpean sizes or American sizes, you can consult our Size Guide.
If you find an item you would like, but it isn't available in your size, please contact Atom Retro - we will let you know if we can get it in the size you want.
Fits are Male Fit, Female Fit or Unisex. Where unisex is available, this item is intended for wear by both men and women.
Select in the drop down menu which size, colour and fit you would like, then click 'Add to Cart'. This will put the item in your shopping basket and take you automatically to the checkout page. If you wish to continue shopping, either click the home button, to go back to the home page or select from any of the catagories, otherwise its time to pay!
iii. Paying
When you have finished shopping, click on the Checkout button at the top of the page. This will take you to your shopping basket. Here will be listed all the items in your basket, firstly as a summery list and if you scroll down the page, in detail.
Check in the detailed list you have selected the correct items, sizes, colours and fits. If you have made a mistake, you can take the item out of your shopping basket by typing a zero in the quantity column of the summery list, then click 'Update'.
Next, ensure you have the correct Postage and Packing cost selected. (Either UK deilvery, Europe Delivery or Rest Of World Delivery). If you do not pay the correct delivery charge, this may delay you order or mean that your order cannot be accepted.
If you have a discount voucher code, now type it in to the 'Voucher Code' box. Ensure you have spelt it correctly, otherwise it won't work. Please note, the discount will not be taken off until you have clicked 'Pay By Card' or 'Pay by Paypal'. Discounts cannot be given after you have paid, so please ensure you have entered your code correctly before paying. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us. When entering your billing details, please ensure you enter the correct billing address as registered to the card you are paying with. If you require a different delivery address please contact us after you have paid with the delivery address.
To Pay By Credit or Debit Card over the internet:
Credit/Debit card payments are made via the secure Worldpay system.
Simply click the 'Pay by Card' button. This will connect you to the Worldpay payment screen. On this screen please select which card type you wish to use. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Switch/UK Maestro. Click the appropiate icon.
On the next screen input your Card details and your billing address. Please ensure you type all the details accurately and fill in your complete billing address and details. It is optional to leave a telephone number, but if you do so it will be easier for us to contact you if there are any problems with your order.
After you have completed your payment details, click 'Make Payment'. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you. You will also be emailed your order tracking details. Please ensure you keep this safe as we cannot retrive it for you.
We can also accept payment by Credit or Debit card over the phone, on +44 (0) 1723 500013. Please see below for more information (To pay by Credit/Debit card over the phone).
To Pay By Paypal:
On the Checkout page, click 'Pay by Paypal'. This will connect you to the secure Paypal website where you can log in if you already have a Paypal account and pay as you would normally. If you do not have a Paypal account you may still use this method to pay. Scroll down the page to where it says 'Don't Have a Paypal Account?'. Click on continue and enter you bank/card details as norm. Please fill in your billing address and details as carfully and accurately as you can. Please fill in your full billing address. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron.
When you have placed your order you will be emailed confirmation of your order and your order tracking details. Please keep this safe as we cannot retrieve it for you.
Please note, sometimes payments taken through Paypal can between 7 and 10 days to clear. In this case your payment will be pending but you will be emailed confirmation of your order and your order tracking details. Your order will be sent as soon as your payment has cleared. If you make a pending payment, you can view the expected clearing date by logging into your Paypal account.
To Pay By Gift Voucher or Credit Note:
If you have an Atom Retro Gift Voucher or Credit Note, you may pay for you order using part or all of this.
On the Checkout page, input your Gift Voucher code into the 'Voucher Code' box. Ensure it is spelt correctly, then click the 'Pay By Card' button. If you have not spent all of your voucher, or spent the exact amount of your voucher, you will then be taken to a page where you can fill in your delivery details. Please ensure you fill in your complete delivery address.
If you have more to pay (ie. your voucher doe not cover the entire cost of your order) you will be forwarded to the Worldpay secure payment system, where you can pay the excess with a debit or credit card. From here, please imput your payment and billing details as normal. Please ensure you fill in your complete billing address.
After you have paid you will be emailed confimation of your order and your order tracking details as normal. Please keep this safe as we cannot retrieve it for you.
Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or codes. Please contact us if you have problems using your voucher.
To Pay Over the Phone By Credit/Debit Card:
If you wish to pay over the phone by Credit or Debit card, please telephone Atom Retro on +44 (0) 1723 500013 between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday or Saturday 9am-12pm.
Please have your Credit/Debit card to hand. Orders can only be shipped to the address matching the credit/debit card. Atom Retro does not keep any payment details on file. Payments over the phone are secure and confidential. A receipt of your payment will be attached to your invoice and will be despatched along with your order.
We can accept the following types of Credit/Debit card via this method: Mastercard, Domestic Maestro, Maestro International, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo.
To Pay By Cheque or Postal Order (UK only):
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please download the Atom Retro order from the checkout page.
Print the form out and fill it in with the item name, size, colour, fit and quatity you want to buy. Add on the correct delivery charge and the final total. (Delivery charges per item are detailed on the item descriptions). Post the form along with your cheque or postal order to the address printed on the form. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions filling the form in. Please include your full delivery address and a telephone number and/or email, so we can contact you when we receive your payment, or if there are any problems.
If you want to pay by this method, we ask that you email or phone us before sending payment, so we can advise you how much your order total should be and we can reserve the items you wish to purchase. Please do not email personal or sensitive payment information. Please wait for a response from us before sending payment.
Payment must be in GBP Pounds Sterling. We cannot accept cheques from outside of the UK. Your order will be sent when your cheque has cleared.

At any time after you have placed your order, you can check its progress through our Order Tracking. By checking your Order Tracking details, you will be able to see if your order has been received, processed or despatched. The Order Tracking will also tell you if your order is waiting for new stock to complete it, or if we have issued an email to you and are waiting for your reply.

2. Self-Customised Clothing:
Our Customise section enables you to put your own designs and logos on Jackets, Track Tops, Pin Badges, Hoodies, T-Shirts and other clothes. Simply select which item you want to buy and where you want your logo to go. Select what size, colour, fit and quantity you want and click 'Add to Cart'.
This will take you to the image upload screen. Please upload the image you want to go on your garment and type in any instructions to go with it. Please ensure your image is as large and clear as possible as small images will become distorted and may spoil the overall appearance of your customised clothing. We are not responsible if your image is distorted or blurred because it is too small or unsuitable. Please note, your image will be reproduced exactly as you send it, unless you give us other instructions.
Each buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, currency and compliance of its own material and will be solely liable for false, misleading, inaccurate, or material which infringes the copyright of a third party or any analogous right or other actionable material contained or referred to therein and agrees to indemnify the website owner, their successors and assigns each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively "Website Owner") from and against any and all liablility, damages, losses, claims (including reasonable legal fees) resulting in any way from its use of and from any material posted on this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes material that infringes copyright, is defamatory or is indecent. Please note, images taken from the internet are also subject to copyright and covered by copyright law.
PLEASE NOTE:
Clothing printed with your own images and designs cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges, unless the item is faulty. In this case, our usual returns and exchanges policy applies. We cannot exchange or refund items bought in error, wrong size, etc.
If you are purchasing for a gift please ensure you have all the correct measurements, etc. If you are unsure about sizes please contact us with your exact measurements, ie. chest size, so we can try and find you a jacket to fit as well aws possible. Some of the Jackets used in the Customise section are vintage jackets and vary slightly from item to item. The Track Tops, Hoodies and T-Shirts are all standard sizes.

3. Discounts and Vouchers:
Discount codes are issued at the descretion of Atom Retro. Atom Retro reserves the right to discontinued codes as needed. Discounts cannot be given once you have paid, unless by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you have trouble using and codes or vouchers before paying.
Please report theft or loss of vouchers to Atom Retro as soon as possible. Atom Retro is not responsible if your voucher is stolen and used. Reporting it early enough means we may be able to stop it and issue a new voucher for you. Vouchers should be treated as if it is money and stored in a safe, secure location. Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with discount codes.
How To Use Your Voucher/Discount:
Type the code into the 'Voucher Code' box on the Checkout page. Ensure you have spelt it correctly, otherwise it won't work. Then click 'Pay By Card' or 'Pay by Paypal'. 4. Delivery:
When paying, please ensure you enter the correct billing address, as registered fro the card you are paying with. Garments are shipped grade A condition and are checked before shipment. Most items, excluding vintage one offs are carried in stock and are dispatched within 2 -3 working days. UK orders are dispatched via Parcelforce and should arrive between two and four days after purchase. Please contact us for International ordering details. Orders will usually have to be signed for. If you are out when delivery is attempted, you may have to go and collect your item or rearrange delivery.
If you do not collect your item and it is returned to us we will contact you. In some cases for heavy or large orders postage costs may have to be paid again for re-delivery. Non-collection of your order does not entitle you to a refund.
Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery on all items. By checking your Order Tracking details, you will be able to see if your order has been received, processed or despatched. The Order Tracking will also tell you if your order is waiting for new stock to complete it, or if we have issued an email to you and are waiting for your reply.

5. Delivery Charges:
Charges depend on item specifics, such as weight, etc. Postage discounts are available on multiple purchases by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you require a Postage discount, detailing which items you want purchase, in what quantities and to where you would like them shipped.
Please ensure you have chosen and paid the correct charge for where you want your order to be shipped. Please note, if you select the incorrect delivery charge for your order this may delay your order and in some cases it may result in your order being sent by standard mail only or not at all.
Please note, customers from non-EU countries may be liable for customs charges. The buyer is liable for all customs charges.

ATOMRETRO.com is committed to protecting customers privacy. Your personal information is used solely for processing your order and providing an efficient service (all information used is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We will not contact any customer without first gaining their consent.
Your personal information is not stored in the company database and all credit card details are handled externally via the Worldpay or Paypal systems.
Personal information is held in accordance with the law and our internal security policy and will not be past on.
A computerised tracking system 'cookies' may record your progress on our site. It is used only to identify a customers session. This information will be stored on your browser.

8. Returns and Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us. Self-customised clothing is an exception to this unless faulty, please see above for details.
If it is the wrong size, we may be able to exchange it for a different size - even if the size you want is not on our website. Please contact us for details on size requests. (Please include your order number and what item/size your are inquiring about).
Baracuta Harrington Jackets have a slightly different retruns policy and procedure. Please see below.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure:
1. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order at info@atomretro.com. Please state your order reference number (as found on your order invoice), which item you wish to return and what you are returning the item for (ie. differenct size, etc).
2. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number. You must obtain this number before sending your items back. Failure to include your Returns authorisation number will mean it is very difficult to process your return or exchange and it will be delayed. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
3. Returns must then be sent so that it is received by us within fourteen (14) days from the day you received your order. Please enclose your invoice. Please include with your return the original or a photocopy of the original invoice sent with your order. This is your receipt and proof of purchase, and we cannot accept returns without it.
Returned items must be received within this time period to be eligible for a refund. Any items received after this time will be eligible for exchange or shop credit only.
Also, please write on your invoice your Return Authorisation Number, which item(s) are enclosed, the reason for return and what you require in exchange for the item on the invoice. When exchanging for different items, please ensure you indicate which item and the size/colour/fit, etc.
We strongly recommend that you use recorded mail or international registered delivery to return your items. It is your responsibility to ensure your return items reach us safely. We are unable to replace, exchange or refund items which are lost in the post on thier way back to us.
4. Items must be returned in a new and saleable condition. All items must be unworn, with all tags and accessories attached. Footwear must be in the original unmarked and undamaged box.
We will not accept returns (for exchange or refund) which:
* Have been worn
* Have had thier tags removed (where applicable).
* In the case of shoes, boots and trainers, we will not accept items without thier original shoe box. We will not accept any item that is returned in a defaced box. Please DO NOT use the shoebox as packaging when returning items. We can not consider this to be in a saleable condition, as we would be unable to resell the shoes if you have written on or selotaped the shoebox.
* We will NOT accept items which smell strongly of odours such as smoke, perfume, aftershave or food. Please ensure items are kept in a clean and dry place while they are in your possession and will not become tainted by smoke, etc. Also, please take care when trying on garments, so that perfume, etc does not rub off on to the clothes. Items returned to us which smell strongly will not be accepted as in a saleable condition, and will be returned to you.
5. Please allow 10 working days for the processing of refunds and exchanges, although often your return will be processed quicker.
For items for exchange the postage cost for sending your exchanged item to you is complimentary, so there is no need to re-pay the postage. You are responsible for all postage costs in returning items to us.
Refunds will be made via the method of original payment within ten (10) working days. Where there has been a discount used, refunds will be minus the full price cost of postage and packing.
Postage and packaging is not refundable.
Bulk returns or returns which total a value of more than £100 GBP will be subject to a restocking fee of between 10 - 18%, in addition to the postage charge. This is to cover administration costs and other costs incurred in processing your order and return.
Orders which have been refused on delivery, are undeliverable or are not collected and are subsequently returned to us will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee if we refund the order. Alternatively, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. In the case of international or large/heavy orders, postage costs may have to be repaid.
Refunds and exchanges are made at the discretion of Atom Retro.
We cannot refund multiple items or exchange items for different items multiple times.
BARACUTA RETURNS POLICY:
PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON YOUR BARACUTA!
Please ensure you open the bag carefully. Do NOT tear the bag. We cannot accept your jacket back for refund or exchange if there is any damage to the Baracuta bag or packaging. We will also be unable to refund or exchange the jacket if the tags are removed or if there is any damage to the jacket itself.
We will not accept the jacket back if it has been worn.
Please ensure you store the jacket safely if you intend to return it. We cannot accept any jackets back that smell strongly, ie. of smoke, perfume or deodorant or any that have been marked.
Baracuta Jackets will only be accepted back for refund or exchange if they are in perfect (mint) condition, with all tags attached, unworn and in its original, undamaged Baracuta bag. As with all orders over £100 GBP there is an administration and restocking fee charged for Baracuta refunds at 10% of the cost price. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable.
Please follow the normal procedure for returning an item (as detailed above) to exchange or return your jacket. You will still need a return authorisation number.
By placing an order you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If any of the above conditions are not met, Atom Retro reserves the right to refuse any return and/or refund. We reserve the right to change or update our policy at any time, without prior notice.

9. Complaints Procedure:
Complaints against Atom Retro will be dealt with fast, fairly and effectively. Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 (five) days, and length of investigation notified.

10. Remittance Terms:
We ship your goods once we have received credit card authorisation and your payment has cleared. In the event of your card being declined, please use a different card to pay with or select a different payment method. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
