Delivery Information

Atom Retro currently uses Royal Mail or DPD Couriers for all orders.

Please ensure that your address details are correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you. If you need a delivery addresss separate from your billing address, please use either Paypal or Google Checkout to pay.

Despatch Times:

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 - 3 working days. This will depend on stock availability and some items may take a little longer to despatch. The majority of items are carried in stock. If however, you order an item which is not in stock we will back order this item for you if possible and despatch as soon as it comes back into stock. If there is a problem with your order or if we have insufficient stock and/or cannot fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for the despatch of all orders.

Orders are despatched Monday - Friday, working days. Orders are not despatched on Weekends or national holidays (ie. Bank Holidays).

Orders placed with Express UK Mainland delivery will be sent as quickly as possible (depending on stock availability). This will either be despatched on the same day as you place your order or the following working day if you are ordering after our courier has already collected.

Orders placed with UK mainland Saturday Service will be delivered on Saturday, providing your order is placed before 1 p.m. on Friday (depending on stock availability). If your order is placed after 1 p.m on Friday, it will still be treated as as a Saturday Guarantee delivery and as such your order will be despatched for the following Saturday.

Delivery Time Guidelines:

The following delivery times should be used as a guideline only and not a guarantee of delivery times.

UK Orders:

Standard UK Delivery: Typically within 2 - 4 working days, but please allow up to 15 working days.

UK Mainland Express Delivery: Next Working day to most mainland UK addresses. (Some addresses may be 1 - 2 working days).

UK Mainland Saturday Guarantee: Orders placed before 1 p.m Friday will be delivered on Saturday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed after 1 p.m will be despatched for delivery on the following Saturday.

EU Orders:  Typically 3 - 20 working days from despatch.

Non-Eu / Rest of World Orders: Typically 7 - 25 working days from despatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and intended as a guide only, and occasionally may take a little longer especially at busy times such as Christmas. All orders will be sent on a tracked or recorded service with the exception of orders for badges or other small items. Post code restrictions may apply to UK Express and UK Saturday delivery services.

Standard Delivery - £3.50 or FREE for orders over £75.00 (Terms and conditions apply - see below).

UK Mainland Express Delivery - £4.95

UK Mainland Saturday Delivery - from £8.00 depending on the weight of the items in your order.

Free Delivery offer:

For UK customers we currently offer free standard delivery on orders over £75.00.

1. The Free Delivery offer is only applicable to parcels being delivered within the UK

2. Your order must be to the value of £75 or more (excluding delivery charges) to qualify.

3. If items are returned and your order value works out to be less than £75.00 a standard delivery charge will be deducted from the refund (currently £3.50).

4. This offer is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

International orders delivery rates are based on the weight of the items in your order.

How can I calculate the cost of delivery for my order?

Simply add the items you are interested in purchasing to the Shopping Basket and click 'Checkout'. The delivery service charge will be displayed on this page in the 'Select Delivery' box.

After your order has shipped:

• If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order, please inform as soon as possible by emailing info@atomretro.com. Please quote your order reference number and your name and address. Please note, we cannot normally alter a delivery address once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.

• You may track your order by logging in to 'Tracking' and entering your order number and PIN or via order history on your MyAtomRetro account. This will give you the status of your order and once it has been despatched, the parcel tracking details.

UK ORDERS:

• UK orders sent via Royal Mail can be tracked at www.royalmail.com or www.dpd.co.uk. You will require either your Royal Mail Tracking Number or DPD Consignment number.

• Standard Delivery: Your order will be sent by Royal Mail in most instances. Bigger or heavier orders may be sent via DPD at our discretion.

• UK Express Delivery: Your order will be sent by DPD in most instances. On the day of your delivery (usually the next working day) you will recieve an email and text message (if you have given us your mobile phone number) which will advise you of your estimated delivery time within a one hour window. You can also change the day of delivery to suit via this email and/or text message.

• DPD Delivery Time estimates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

• If you are expecting a delivery and have not yet recieved anything, please check your tracking details in case of any problems or if you have missed an attempted delivery.

• If you are not present to accept the delivery the carrier will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery. Please respond to this card as soon as possible as your parcel will not be held for very long.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• International orders will either be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For (Priority Airmail) or via DPD courier, at our discretion.

• For International orders sent via Royal Mail can be tracked at www.royalmail.com up to the point it leaves the UK. After this, you may be able to track your parcel further using your national postal service's website (ie. United States Post Offce, Canada Post, La Poste, Correos, etc) where facililties exist.

• International orders sent via DPD courier can be tracked via www.dpd.co.uk. You will require your DPD Consignment number.

• USA Orders can be tracked at www.usps.com AFTER the parcel has cleared through US customs. If there is no tracking information but the parcel has left the UK, this usually means your parcel is going through US customs.

• If you are expecting a delivery and have not yet recieved anything, please check your tracking details in case of any problems or if you have missed an attempted delivery.

• If you are not present to accept the delivery the carrier will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery. Please respond to this card as soon as possible as your parcel will not be held for very long.

Multiple Shipments:

If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. You will only pay one delivery charge. Please note that your entire order should be delivered within the same delivery period, however each parcel may arrive at a different time.

Customs:

All non-EU destination orders may be subject to customs charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. These charges and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.
