Christmas Returns Policy

UK CUSTOMERS: 

For orders placed between 1st November - 16th December 2022, we have extended our returns period to Monday 15th January 2024.

Items may be returned for an exchange for the same item in a different size or colour, or for a refund or credit note. Refunds are via your original method of payment. Credit notes will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Our returns department is very busy over Christmas and New Year. Please allow extra time for returns to be processed. If you want to exchange an item and need it quickly, we strongly recommend you place a new order for the item/size you need and return your original item for a refund instead to avoid delays and disappointment. Returns are typically processed within a few days but please allow up to 10 working days for exchanges to be processed and a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed. 

Our normal returns terms and conditions still apply. All items must be returned unworn/unused, in the original undamaged packaging (where applicable) and with all tags attached. Shoe boxes and presentation/gift boxes are considered to be part of the item. They must be in 'Brand New' perfect condition and must not have been damaged or soiled in any way (including smelling stongly of odours such as smoke, perfume, aftershave, food, etc). If items do not meet this criteria, they will not be exchanged or refunded. Please see our full returns policy for more info and for instructions on how to return items. 

If you exchange an item and wish to return the exchange, you may do so in accordance with our normal return policy. You are responsible for the cost of returning exchange items. Only one free returns is offered per order. Subsequent returns costs are borne by the customer. 

Orders placed after 15th December 2023 will be subject to our normal 30 days returns policy.

Items returned late will not be accepted for refund or exchange. UK returns must be delivered to us by the cut off date - as such please allow for delivery time when returning your items.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
