Launched in 2009, DAINTY JUNE is the new brand from previous EC Star designer, Jennifer Johnson, collaborating with designers, Jennifer and Erica Daking. DAINTY JUNE is all about fun, colour, adventure and happiness! Fabulous Womens Indie Clothing, with Retro and Sixties style overtones! The name, DAINTY JUNE comes from the musical, Gypsy and actress, June Havoc - the original DAINTY JUNE. With influences from Vintage Fashion, classic Musicals and contemporary music, DAINTY JUNE is fantastic addition to any girl's wardrobe. DAINTY JUNE is a clothing range about colour and adventure, and has a great Retro Mod Sixties look. The designers describe the collection as 'The Dainty June girl is the kind of girl who would ask a guy to the prom, she could chow down an entire pastrami on rye and still have room for a banana split, she would walk her dog in the rain, cut her own hair, make you tea, and collect buttons in ball jars. She's polite, playful and adventurous.'
DAINTY JUNE'S first collection launched in Summer 2009, 'She's Like A Rainbow', a celebration of Summery colour and life. This was followed by the 'Sound Of Music' Winter collection - because after all, no Christmas is complete without it! 2010 has seen DAINTY JUNE expand into Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter collections, going from strength to strength with new, bright and suprising designs. You can count on one thing from DAINTY JUNE - it'll be like nothing else you'll see!
