Our site is designed to make browsing our product range as quick and easy as possible.
Our products are split in to categories, ie. Sixties Polos and Sweaters or Footwear, etc. All the categories can be viewed on the menu at the left hand side of each page. Some categories are split in to subcategories to make searching and viewing the larger categories easier.
Alternatively, you can use our user friendly search facility to locate the desired product. Items can be found by name, type, keyword, or by band/artist if the item is based on or similar to any items worn by the band/artist. ie. You can search for all our Beatles merchandise under Beatles or even John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and so on.
Our stock includes a wide source of both new and vintage garments. All vintage clothing is specially selected and laundered to ensure the highest level of quality.
For some specialist items (ie. Suit jackets, etc) there may be a short delay in shipping, as these items are made to order.
All patches on jackets are sewn on courtesy of our free sewing service.

This will take you to where you can read a description of the item and any additional information.
Also, here you can see what sizes, colours and fits are available for an item, in the drop down menus. All our sizes are in UK sizes. For more information on sizes, and for size conversions from the UK sizes to European sizes or American sizes, you can consult our Size Guide.
If you find an item you would like, but it isn't available in your size, please contact Atom Retro - we will let you know if we can get it in the size you want.
Fits are Male Fit, Female Fit or Unisex. Where unisex is available, this item is intended for wear by both men and women.
Select in the drop down menu which size, colour and fit you would like, then click 'Add to Cart'. This will put the item in your shopping basket and take you automatically to the checkout page. If you wish to continue shopping, either click the home button, to go back to the home page or select from any of the categories, otherwise its time to pay!
When you have finished shopping, click on the Checkout button at the top of the page. This will take you to your shopping basket. Here will be listed all the items in your basket, firstly as a summery list and if you scroll down the page, in detail.
Check in the detailed list you have selected the correct items, sizes, colours and fits. If you have made a mistake, you can take the item out of your shopping basket by typing a zero in the quantity column of the summery list, then click 'Update'.
Next, ensure you have the correct Postage and Packing cost selected. (Either UK delivery, Europe Delivery or Rest Of World Delivery). If you do not pay the correct delivery charge, this may delay you order or mean that your order cannot be accepted.
If you have a discount voucher code, now type it in to the 'Voucher Code' box. Ensure you have spelt it correctly, otherwise it won't work. Please note, the discount will not be taken off until you have clicked 'Pay By Card' or 'Pay by Paypal'. Discounts cannot be given after you have paid, so please ensure you have entered your code correctly before paying. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us. When entering your billing details, please ensure you enter the correct billing address as registered to the card you are paying with. If you require a different delivery address please contact us after you have paid with the delivery address.
To Pay By Credit or Debit Card over the internet:
Credit/Debit card payments are made via the secure Worldpay system.
Simply click the 'Pay by Card' button. This will connect you to the Worldpay payment screen. On this screen please select which card type you wish to use. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Switch/UK Maestro. Click the appropriate icon.
On the next screen input your Card details and your billing address. Please ensure you type all the details accurately and fill in your complete billing address and details. It is optional to leave a telephone number, but if you do so it will be easier for us to contact you if there are any problems with your order.
After you have completed your payment details, click 'Make Payment'. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you. You will also be emailed your order tracking details. Please ensure you keep this safe as we cannot ret rive it for you.
We can also accept payment by Credit or Debit card over the phone, on +44 (0) 845 604 6661. Please see below for more information (To pay by Credit/Debit card over the phone).
To Pay By Paypal:
On the Checkout page, click 'Pay by Paypal'. This will connect you to the secure Paypal website where you can log in if you already have a Paypal account and pay as you would normally. If you do not have a Paypal account you may still use this method to pay. Scroll down the page to where it says 'Don't Have a Paypal Account?'. Click on continue and enter you bank/card details as norm. Please fill in your billing address and details as carefully and accurately as you can. Please fill in your full billing address. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron.
When you have placed your order you will be emailed confirmation of your order and your order tracking details. Please keep this safe as we cannot retrieve it for you.
Please note, sometimes payments taken through Paypal can between 7 and 10 days to clear. In this case your payment will be pending but you will be emailed confirmation of your order and your order tracking details. Your order will be sent as soon as your payment has cleared. If you make a pending payment, you can view the expected clearing date by logging into your Paypal account.
To Pay By Gift Voucher or Credit Note:
If you have an Atom Retro Gift Voucher or Credit Note, you may pay for you order using part or all of this.
On the Checkout page, input your Gift Voucher code into the 'Voucher Code' box. Ensure it is spelt correctly, then click the 'Pay By Card' button. If you have not spent all of your voucher, or spent the exact amount of your voucher, you will then be taken to a page where you can fill in your delivery details. Please ensure you fill in your complete delivery address.
If you have more to pay (ie. your voucher doe not cover the entire cost of your order) you will be forwarded to the Worldpay secure payment system, where you can pay the excess with a debit or credit card. From here, please input your payment and billing details as normal. Please ensure you fill in your complete billing address.
After you have paid you will be emailed confirmation of your order and your order tracking details as normal. Please keep this safe as we cannot retrieve it for you.
Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or codes. Please contact us if you have problems using your voucher.
To Pay Over the Phone By Credit/Debit Card:
If you wish to pay over the phone by Credit or Debit card, please telephone Atom Retro on +44 (0) 845 604 6661 between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday or Saturday 9am-12pm.
Please have your Credit/Debit card to hand. Orders can only be shipped to the address matching the credit/debit card. Atom Retro does not keep any payment details on file. Payments over the phone are secure and confidential. A receipt of your payment will be attached to your invoice and will be despatched along with your order.
We can accept the following types of Credit/Debit card via this method: Mastercard, Domestic Maestro, Maestro International, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo.

At any time after you have placed your order, you can check its progress through our Order Tracking. By checking your Order Tracking details, you will be able to see if your order has been received, processed or despatched. The Order Tracking will also tell you if your order is waiting for new stock to complete it, or if we have issued an email to you and are waiting for your reply.
Discount codes are issued at the discretion of Atom Retro. Atom Retro reserves the right to discontinue codes as needed. Discounts cannot be given once you have paid, unless by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you have trouble using and codes or vouchers before paying.
Please report theft or loss of vouchers to Atom Retro as soon as possible. Atom Retro is not responsible if your voucher is stolen and used. Reporting it early enough means we may be able to stop it and issue a new voucher for you. Vouchers should be treated as if it is money and stored in a safe, secure location. Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with discount codes.

The Delivery and Handling Service charge is based on the weight of the items in your order and whether the order is to be shipped to the UK, Europe or Rest of the World.

Complaints against Atom Retro will be dealt with fast, fairly and effectively. Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 (five) days, and length of investigation notified.

We ship your goods once we have received credit card authorisation and your payment has cleared. In the event of your card being declined, please use a different card to pay with or select a different payment method. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
