EXPRESS UK DELIVERY:

• Express UK Delivery is available to UK Mainland only. Deliveries will be working days only, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or national holidays.
• Express UK Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, FK17 - 99, G83, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH18-48, TR21-25, ZE1-3. Order to these postcodes will be sent via Royal Mail.
• Please note, Express Delivery does not guarantee your order will be despatched the same day you place it. Orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible, usually within 1 - 4 days of cleared payment. If your order is urgent or you need it for a specific date, please contact us on +44 (0) 845 604 6661 or by email on info@atomretro.com and we will advise you on the despatch/delivery time.
• Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
• Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 7pm. If you check on the day of delivery DPD will give you a one hour delivery time estimate. (This is an estimate and not a guarantee it will be delivered during this time).
• A signature will be required on receipt.
• If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier will leave you a calling card. You can then rearrange delivery for a day you will be home, collect the parcel from your local depot or where possible you may be able to nominate a safe place to leave the parcel or neighbour who can take the parcel in for you. This will be at your own risk.
• The carrier will automatically attempt delivery the next working day if you are not home when delivery is attempted the first time and/or you do not advise differently.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. 
• Gift Vouchers cannot be sent by Express delivery - if you need it quickly, please choose the email delivery option, otherwise it will be sent by standard post.

 

STANDARD UK DELIVERY:

• Typically delivered within 2 - 4 working days.
• Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. This will be usually via Royal Mail Tracked or via courier for bigger or heavier orders.
• A signature will be required on receipt.
• If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can collect it or rearrange delivery.
• Standard UK Delivery is not a guaranteed delivery service. Please allow up to 15 working days before parcels can be considered lost or undelivered.
• Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our warehouse.
• Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday or national holiday.

 

SATURDAY/SUNDAY UK DELIVERY:

• Saturday and Sunday Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses, and will be delivered on the Saturday or Sunday following when you place your order
• Choose which day you would prefer your order to arrive - Saturday or Sunday. 
• You will need to place your order, with cleared payment, BEFORE 1pm on the preceding Friday if you want to use this service.
• Orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon will not be despatched until the following Friday for delivery on the Saturday
• Orders placed earlier in the week will be despatched on Friday for delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
• Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
• A signature will be required on receipt.
• If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier will leave you a calling card. You can then rearrange delivery for a day you will be home, collect the parcel from your local depot or where possible you may be able to nominate a safe place to leave the parcel or neighbour who can take the parcel in for you. This will be at your own risk.
• Saturday Delivery orders will be delivered by either DPD Courier (most cases) or Royal Mail Special Delivery with Saturday Guarantee.
• Sunday Delivery orders will be delivered by DPD courier. 
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• Postcode exclusions apply to Sunday Delivery. 

 

EU ORDERS:

• International orders are sent via International Signed For Priority Airmail (Royal Mail) or DPD Courier, depending on destination and the weight of your order.
• Please note most orders require a signature on receipt.
• We cannot delivery to PO Boxes, Packstation addresses or other forwarding addresses.
• Delivery is normally between 3 - 20 working days.
• EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

 

NON-EU ORDERS:

• International orders are typicically sent via International Signed For Priority Airmail (Royal Mail).
• In some cases for very large or heavy orders, these may be sent by DPD courier or UPS courier. 
• Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
• Please note most orders require a signature on receipt.
• We cannot delivery to PO Boxes, Packstation addresses or forwarding addresses.
• Delivery is normally between 7 - 25 working days.
• Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
