Based on the iconic Elvgren Pin Up Girls pics, this Vintage style Sailor Girl Dress from Bettie Page is a fabulous Retro Fifties classic. Gil Elvgren was an American artist, famed for his pin-up painting featuring risque images (for the time) of pretty girls caught unawares!
