Indie Apparel offers the biggest range of retro, mod and vintage inspired fashion in the UK through our web based retail channels, Atom Retro and Madcap England and our high street Atom Retro store in Malton, North Yorkshire. Atom Retro was founded in 2004 as an internet clothing retailer. We launched our house brand, Madcap England in 2007 and opened our bricks and mortar store in 2014 to celebrate our 10th anniversary.

We currently stock mens and womens clothing, shoes and accessories from premium heritage brands such as Baracuta, Gloverall and John Smedley, classic fashion brands including Ben Sherman, Fila Vintage and Lyle & Scott, through to independent and fashion forward brands such as Pretty Green, Luke 1977, Banned Apparel and Sugarhill Brighton. Alongside this we also offer a small range of retro and vintage inspired homeware and gifts such as Mathmos lava lamps and Magpie x Hornsea Pottery kitchenware.
