Rayon was developed in the late 19th century as a substitute for silk and was the first man made fibre. Rayon has many properties similar to cotton and can be made to resemble silk. Many Vintage Tootal Scarves are crafted from Rayon and the fabric has been re-visited expertly to create this new Tootal Rayon Scarf collection.
